The flagship of Luci sul Trasimeno is the huge Christmas tree on the water, a wonder visible at sunset from the walls of the Medieval Fortress. The tree is composed of thousands of coloured lights placed on the surface of the lake, creating a spectacular visual effect, reflected by the calm waters of the Trasimeno. To enjoy it at its best, you can access the Tree Path, which offers exclusive views and includes other themed attractions such as the Santa Claus Xmas Garden and the Nativity Scene Trail.
Christmas markets and local crafts
The Christmas atmosphere extends along the streets of the village thanks to the Village of Markets, where you can buy local handicrafts, Christmas decorations and Umbrian culinary specialties. Each stand tells a story, made of traditions, passion and authenticity.
